Bill Wineberg specializes in the mediation and arbitration of business-oriented disputes, including shareholder, estate, contract, employment, antitrust and unfair competition, trademark, copyright, advertising, and securities disputes. He also advises on issues related to agricultural marketing orders and professional and amateur sports.
Mr. Wineberg graduated from Stanford University in 1958 with a degree in economics. He attended the University of Chicago Law School where he graduated cum laude in 1964, was a member of the Order of the Coif, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Chicago Law Review. Mr. Wineberg has represented both plaintiffs and defendants during his career as a partner at Mayer, Brown; Broad, Khourie & Schulz; Broad, Schulz, Larson & Wineberg; and Wineberg, Simmonds & Narita.
